Call of Duty 4 Remastered may still release as a stand-alone game
Last year, Activision made a special appearance with that Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Remastered was packed exclusively with CoD: Infinite Warfare in the premium edition of this game. If you just wanted remaster of the most popular extension of CoD, you could not buy it separately. But this may change from the middle of this year.
According to information from a store, Modern Warfare Remastered in a stand-alone release could start selling from June 30 on PlayStation 4, while the Xbox One version was coming a month later, July 30, a PC version was not mentioned.
For now there is no confirmation that this really will happen, but if it really happens it was only a matter of time. One of the reasons why Infinite Warfare was hated among CoD fans is that Activision behind it has hidden the remake of the most popular CoD games, not allowing gamers to buy Remaster without Infinite Warfare.
