Using only OB shells will significantly reduce damage per minute. According to the new mechanics, only a few vehicles can penetrate armor with demolition ammunition. These exceptions are KW-2 and KW-2 (R). These vehicles still have this option. As for vehicles that rely on this type of missile, such as the T49 or Sheridan, penetration of their OB ammunition has fallen, but they still remain just as effective. HE and HESH shells will now deal more damage to compensate for the reduction of their penetration through the new system, so their effectiveness will remain the same. This applies to only a few such vehicles. They are all visible below.

based on the reviewers HE shells are going to be useless, and the weak become weaker and the strong stronger. the only partially positive  thing is the Tanks with weak armor are now a little bit better.
