Graphics Amplifier crashing m15 r3

The graphics amplifier seems to be crashing my m15 r3. It works fine with my 17r4. 

Does the m15r3 need driver updates or something for the amplifier? All my drivers are up to date, and I tried reverting the video card drivers for the gpu in the amp (1080ti) back a few months with no results.

Hi There,

I've got an M17 R3 Laptop and there is no compatible External Graphics Amplifier software for the M series that I can find. I can connect to the Graphics Amplifier but the computer crashes every time I load a game. Also I can't see the Graphics Amplifier in Command Centre at all. Does anyone know if the Graphics Amplifier is FULLY supported with M17 R 3 laptops? I hope so because I have spent thousands on this setup and $2000 just on the 2080ti Founders edition Graphics card. Dell Support say there is no software required to connect to the Graphics Amplifier to the M17 R3 Laptop, that's fine but why can't I see it in Command Centre? Any help would be appreciated.

My amplifier is working fine now, no further crashes. It's fully supported, yes. I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to see it in the command center.
