Area 51m R2 temperature

Hello everyone, i got my area 51m a couple of days ago with i7-10700k, i want to ask about the optimum temperatures that i am allowed to reach for long usage as i am using 3ds max and i render a lot.

it's now running with all cores on full load at 73-77c with performance thermal profile at maximum 4.6 ghz, is that ok or there is something i can do to to reach more frequency with stable temperatures??
