A VPN is needed, below I provide some instructions for VPN you can follow. Appears to at least be working in United Kingdom. The exact countries it is working is unknown, so please comment if it works for you elsewhere. If you find another method that works, feel free to share it but this worked for me.

Switch VPN connection to United Kingdom from default USA.
Go to https://www.gamivo.com/.../massive-ultimate-gamivo... and login to Gamivo
Click buy now, go to checkout and stay in United Kingdom. If this doesn't work try switching to 'Outside EU' (if asking for phone number).
