I think Global key only.

Normal giveaways are Region locked key there sometimes. But Game Vault is Special giveaway.

I think when if can't prepare Global key, AWA prepare another game's key for specific countries.

An hour, that is optimistic, I am going to guess the keys are gone in under a minute, maybe a few seconds even.

The OP states he wants Shadow Warrior 3 but is a little more than 600 ARP short right now, so I don't think there is time to get 600+ ARP in the next 9 days.

Yeah, no way the keys last an hour. The best we can hope for is the bots spending their ARP on Cyberpunk this month, and not earning enough in time before the June game vault.
