Exact time and timezone of game vault opening

So I'm in the United States in the Central Time Zone(CST).  For me the next day starts at 7pm CST so that is when I would expect the vault to open like right at the start of the 20th.

It'll be probably be a steam key, that's what they've always given out.

I guess this is a temporary figure, they would be no sense releasing only 1 key in the vault

I wonder if there is any reason why they would keep this a secret, it seems that if its embedded in the HTML code they cannot.  So they should just come out and clarify if this is true or not the number of keys we are seeing instead of letting everyone speculate.

I think the whole mystery behind the number of keys and the way its laid out is either lack of thought on their part or they want it to be a mystery so everyone has more of a chance of grabbing a key.    

Alienware could simply list the number of keys on the auction page with the game in the vault and as they are claimed the counter on the web page goes down.  They could also implement a timer and when it gets to zero the vault opens so all the people in all the diffrent tme zones aren't guessing when the vault opens.

Does that matter?  If you just want to play the game, does it matter which platform it's on?  I don't know.  Seems like those are the people who most deserve to get the game, since they clearly and genuinely want to play it, not grab a key they can trade/sell.  Though, sadly, the bot-sellers aren't picky either, since it's all profit to them.
