soooooo they hate us? thursday 500 dell rewards is now 200 ?????? wtf i didn't think they could get worse after the personalization stuff but it truly is getting worse :/ most annoying part is i was waiting all week because just one more 500 week .,... i need about 400 points till I can buy new splatoon game and was met with 200 POINTS ARE YOU KIDDING im like 60CENTS SHORT to pay $0.00. I HAVE TO WAIT AN ENTIRE EXTRA WEEK BECAUSE THEY HATE US

why are they making it harder to get ARP... twitch stuff has been off and on for days.... personalization stuff HAS NOT BEEN FIXED AT ALL. It's been up to 3-4 months, different browser, different computer, cache clearing etc. like what else do I need to do to be able to change my personalization settings again? You get cool card or whatever if you change your stuff a certain amount of times and I cannot get any of that due to this. Everything was great 3 months ago... idk what happened.

ugh almost a month later and my personalization stuff STILL IS NOT WORKING. I cleared the cache and the cookies nothing. I change it, press save, and it reverts back. I bought a border with my points and can't even use it due to this and that is the most annoying part. If i was aware it would break on me I would have saved the points... now my points have been spent on nothing. Thought it would fix itself by now but still having the issue. ALIENWARE PLEASE HELP.
