The 10 purchasable 60-day event fragments are not recorded in your account, the system does not read them, but I was able to level my artifact to Platinum and only 6 fragments appeared, because upgrading to Platinum requires 16 fragments
In short, the fragments appear as invisible, only when upgrading the artifact can they be viewed
