Let me preface this post by saying: Yes, I know the "Watch Twitch" section is very buggy and usually broken. That being said, when it is working, how long do you need to watch a stream until you start earning ARP from it? Thanks!

Every time I try to change my avatar or border, the changes never save. I make sure to hit the save button at the bottom. When the page refreshes, my changes do not show. Is it something I am doing on my end or is there some kind of bug? Thanks!
