Artifacts 24 hours cooldown is very bugged for me. It's been almost 48 Hours and they didn't unlock yet.

Today I've been downloading ESO since this morning for the event. Only around 5 hours more and I will download the whole 128.5 GB. For the Community! (and the Fragments, those sweet, sweet, Fragments)
