Missing Dell Reward Dollars

I was rewarded $25 Dell Reward Dollars but it has almost been the full 30 days and they haven't been applied to my Dell Account~Also I have been trying to redeem my Dell Reward $ and called to talk to the Dell team about why my orders have been denied saying something about fraud, when clearly I earned them legitimately here on the Alienware site, I am super frustrated & have amassed quite a few Dell $ with two successful orders, not sure what the deal is, but who do I contact about the missing $25 dell reward$?
