What game, if you could, would you want to experience again for the first time?

Been thinking long and hard about the old games that had that amazing feeling the first time through, but when you jump in again...that nostalgia just instantly disappears or the second time around just doesn't compare.

And now, I am getting that itch to 200% Castlevania: SotN again.

For you, what game do you think didn't compare? If you could, would you want to experience it again for the first time?

I've thought about this a lot, it's something that comes up every now and then within my group of gaming buddies, so my answer has been solidified for a while now. For me, it would have to be Dragon Age: Origins. It was the game that really got me into RPGs. I know, kind of late to the party, especially for someone that has been playing videogames since '99, but it's always better late than never, right? ;)

Also, for what it's worth, the only Castlevania games that I've played are the ones that are on Steam (Lords of Shadow 1 & 2 + Mirror of Fate), but SotN is definitely on my "Must play" list :)

Dare I say, I have played neither DAO nor Bloodborne yet lol (both are on the schedule to play though)

For me, it has been jumping back into MMOs as of late. EQ, WoW, and by extension future MMOs lose their luster quick.

Either Demons' Souls (thank the lords we are getting a remake at least) or Breath of the Wild. Both games got me thinking about them at night and dreaming about them. Demons' Souls because of the world-building and the sheer lack of mercy at the player. And BOTW since exploring every nook and cranny of the world for the first time was a magical experience. So many little hidden things...

"Shower With Your Dad Simulator 2015: Do You Still Shower With Your Dad"

Obviously the game looks like a meme on first impression, but it is much more. I have always wished to experience the privacy and bonding of ones parent once again. This game does the best translation of fatherly connection to its offsprings that i have not seen on any venue of entertainment, literature or studies more accurate than what this game offers.

The raw organic emotions emitted when playing this, feels almost.. erotic, in a non-sexual way. It feels like you're the nature intended you to be with your parent, with your father, your protector and creator. It is albeit a short but meaningful experience worth playing and buying it for at an extremely cheap price, which is just a steal, i would've gladly paid $50-$60 for it.

I guess you can relate this game with the most intimiate experience you had in your life. An experience where you felt so secure and at peace with your mind, that for once in our lives, we dispeled any stress and tension in our body. We let our shoulders loose, our breathing is now natural and no longer burdened with the anxiety of becoming better and surviving in this corrupt world, working as an autonomous monolith for the few greedy people.

It's something that anyone should get the priviledge of experiencing first try, and if there was one wish i had in my life, was playing this game again having my experience erased. It is high-octane emotional orgasm that i have done my best describing it accurately in text, yet still failing to deliver the accurate representation of what it truly offers.

I would say World of Warcraft just because it was so big the first time i stepped in but now knowing every nook and crany i just don't feel the same
