I claimed a physical reward using ARP back in November. But I haven't received it yet, and haven't received any sort of shipping information. Any help with this? Is there somewhere specifically I should reach out? Help is appreciated.
They seem to send out physical rewards in batches, and you never know when. In the past people have waited many months, and if you were lucky and got in right before batches were being sent out, might only have a short wait. They will send an e-mail with tracking once it's on it's way.
You can send an e-mal with details to contact@alienwarearena.com for AlienwareArena to look into it, but it's a third party that handles the shipping, so you might still have a long wait.
