Expiration date for the DRP vary from country to country. Once you buy your DRPs through the marketplace it will automatically join your Dell account as long as the 2 accounts are linked. On the Dell site, there is a Dell Rewards Page under your account. It will show when the points are due to expire. There was a graphic somewhere with a break down for the US, Canada, and UK on it but not sure where its at.

The DRP from quests and such (previous months' calendar rewards) have been automatically added to my Dell Rewards account, but DRP bought with ARP in the marketplace stay in the "Unclaimed bought rewards" of the My Rewards section of my AWA account page. They have a Claim button to the right and don't show up in my Dell Rewards account until I click that. They don't provide any indication of if or when they might expire. In the US, in case it is different for different regions.

When do Dell Reward Points in the marketplace refresh for new ones to purchase, every month? Also did alienware arena stopped adding Dell reward points in the rewards calendar, as I don't see any in my calendar?

The DRP rewards in the marketplace refresh on 11/1 and 5/1 every year.  It seems that AWA nerfed the amount of DRP you can earn this month by removing them entirely from the daily check-in calendar and removing the 1000 and 4000 DRP rewards from the marketplace.  Hopefully this is just temporary, but no one knows.

Do the Dell rewards points only refresh twice a year in the marketplace on 11/1 and 5/1 is that right? I don't want to purchase any Dell points right now in the marketplace, I would like to see if I can get any free ones in the calendar, currently I have no DRP points but would like to see how it works without purchasing any in the marketplace.

At least for the USA, there is a Daily Quest on Thursdays that gives a chance at winning DRP. If you have been unaware of this for all this year, then you may be located in a region where it isn't offered.

Also, you can earn DRP when making a purchase on Dell.com, but not for the portion paid with Dell Dollars. Again, that may depend on your region.

I'm so confused with how this DRP expiration date thing works.

At the moment it says something along the lines of 'You have 2000 DRP expiring soon in December 2023' this year.

I redeem 7000 DRP to buy something AND it still says 2000 DRP expiring soon in December 2023. I wait 24 hours to see if it changes, nope still there.

I look at the logs, it says I have spent 7000 DRP which were going to expire in December of this year as well... how... what?

edits: I manually redeem the 2000 DRP into DD instead of having it automatically do it for me, which then updated the DRP correctly for the next lot of points expiring soon in Jan 2024. Didn't need to do this manually with previous purchases, not sure what happened recently.
