It should be. You only need to run a minute, and wait for that to register when you sync games. Then, dont forget to press the button to start the quest.

I took the 10 ARP giveaway DLC thing to make sure Steam has to register it due to it technically having paid content to it. I recall Dota 2 and TF 2 having issues because of that. Some say it depends on Steam ID they pick for the quest.

<mention>Lord_Satan</mention> this doesn't apply here. Dota 2 and TF2 were unique exceptions because Valve messed with the licensing thing. That does not apply to anything else.
