Since there were some months that I got one of my top three choices, I cannot agree it's a "complete and utter failure".

Considering it is a FREE benefit they don't have to offer, I think this is a bit hyperbolic. Yes it is disappointing, but some of us appreciate Alienware/Dell for even doing this (sending some love to offset complaints!).

Free doesn't give them the right to play with our emotions. And if we can't count on what they say, it is a poor reflection on Alienware as a product/brand as well. It's hard enough to compete with bots, let alone have this happen too.
