I do the survey, but never gain ARP for it's completion, the task doesn't even get marked as completed...
Almost an hour down the drain & nothing to show for it...

This is not the first time I complete AWA surveys but never received ARP, the actual (Alienware Arena Annual Member Survey) is long to complete but no ARP Gift at the end !!! :( I have seen each time that they are eliminatives questions where you should read the right answer to select I do them seriuously each time !

Few days ago i've received Alienware Desk Brick Kit. Delivery time was a bit longer then it was for Alienware Area-51 Brick Kit but its ok. Packaging was good and it arrived in good condition.
