Overwatch's Lunar New Year Event Live Now

Overwatch's current event allows players to collect over 100 commemorative cosmetic items, enjoy fireworks on Lijiang Tower, and capture the flag in the newest brawl mode. The current Loot Boxes has been replaced with Lunar Loot Boxes. They can be earned or purchased and will contain at least one item from the Year of the Rooster collection. This includes things such as player icons, sprays, victory poses, emotes, highlight intros, and the most valuable... skins! These items are permanent so no worries about them expiring.

The new capture the flag brawl mode is obviously named Capture the Rooster. It's a standard capture the flag event but with some nuances to make it feel like a proper Overwatch game.
