Phoenix Point the new game from maker of X-COM has already been funded on Fig

Last week at crowdfunding service Fig started off the Phoenix Point campaign, and in less than seven days the concerned managed to collect the required half a million dollars for further development. It's a game signed by Julian Gollop, the creator of the X-COM series, in the original - before being taken over by Firaxis Sida Meira.
Phonix Point is a kind of successor to XCOM and deals with a similar theme of an alien invasion. His creator describes it as a jumble of all the best stuff from the previous X-COM games, which is obviously very attractive to fans who have helped develop the game so we can now expect spreading plans. If he succeeds in collecting 650 thousand dollars in the next thirty days, Phoenix Point will get vehicles. After 850 thousand dollars will be guaranteed the floating fortress in the game.
You can get a digital copy of the game on Fig for at least 30 dollars. Phoenix Point will release exclusively for PCs in the last quarter of 2018.
