The cops in GTA 5 are not impressed by your fidget spinner

Just try using the spinning spindle in GTA 5 and the cops will arrest you because they are not impressed with this fashion trinket to "relieve stress," which has a couple of months left to live.
Maybe they think that this is some kind of weapon? Or maybe they are tired of seeing these rotating wheels of every third that they themselves cause stress in them?
It is not yet clear how to install this mod - the author has not yet posted it on his page.
