The heir of Super Meat Boy is a game in which we collect tumors

Last week it was announced that the creator of Super Meat Boy and Binding of Isaac will present his new game. And he announced it - The End is Nigh - a game conceptually very similar to Meat Boy, and a theme very similar to Binding of Isaac.

It's a challenging 2D platform in which the character called Ash has to find his way out of the pain and suffering, and above all a stack of mutated animals in the world that discovered the apocalypse. To do this, Ash will have to collect old video games and tumors (?), and that should really give hard time to the players.

However, The End is Nigh will have over 600 levels divided into 12 chapters, 20 bonus mini-games and over 80 achievements/trophies to earn. As the first trailer suggests, the game is conceived as a competitive title for streaming on Twitch.

The End is Nigh will be released on July 12 of this year and for it you will need a computer that is not older than 2008.
