Official system requirements for StarCraft: Remastered

Four days after the announcement Blizzard introduced the official system requirements of the remaster StarCraft, which will be released on August 14 this year.
The game does not require much resources, but players need a much more powerful system than the one they used in 1998. 512 megabytes of video memory and 4 gigabytes of RAM - is not it the lowest system of the year 2017?
The minimum requirements of StarCraft: Remastered look like this:
OS: Windows 7/8/10;
Processor: Intel Pentium D or AMD Athlon 64 X2;
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce 6800 (256 MB) or ATI Radeon X1600 Pro (256 MB) or better;
RAM: 2 GB;
Memory on disk: 2.8 GB;
Screen resolution: at least 1024 x 768.
And here are the recommended requirements:

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 (2.4 GHz) or AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ (2.6 GHz) or better;
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT (512 MB) or ATI Radeon HD 4850 (512 MB) or better;
RAM: 4 GB;
Memory on disk: 2.8 GB;
Screen resolution: at least 1024 x 768.
