The success of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy can give a fresh start to the popular franchise
The release of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is an unqualified success for both Activision and Vicarious Visions. The game already sold well for the first week after the release and received a lot of excellent ratings from many publications, including from us. And this means that there may well be a bright future.
In his interview to GamesIndustry.biz, Activision CEO Eric Hirschberg said that he does not exclude the possibility of Crech being introduced in yet another game on the current generation of devices. The company sees interest in the franchise and considers possible options for the development of events, although it is feared that such interest is only the result of the fans' nostalgia for their favorite character.
It is not yet clear in which direction Activision will go in its experiments. This may well be like a new game, and another remake, for example, the fans of the Crash Team Racing, which are very fond of fans. So far, we can only wait and believe that the excellent sales of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy will lead to another interesting project.
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is available exclusively on the PS4.
