Someone remmembered to sue makers of Fallout 4 from a very silly reason

It is fascinating on the which basis all people can see the opportunity to earn money, even at the expense of others. A new example of that comes from the video game industry where ZeniMax, the owner of Bethesda and Fallout franchise, got sued for using the song "The Wanderer" from musician Diona DiMucci in a promotional trailer for Fallout 4.

No, this is not the case in which the game did not have a license to use that song in the trailer. The song Diona DiMucci was licensed for the trailer via the Universal Music group, but Dion DiMucci apparently did not know for what kind of game his song will be used.

Almost two years after the trailer was released, Dion DiMucci realized that the trailer does not fit his song. As alleged in the lawsuit, advertisements are controversial because they show glorified violence as a sport, which is repulsive, probably in the context of the song.

DiMucci claims that how he would have no objection if he could suggest a change to scenario of the trailer so that, for example, would show the story of survival in post-apocalypse without pronounced violence. From this reason from ZeniMax he`s looking for compensation of a million dollar.
