Destiny 2 - Where and when to play PC beta?

  • 321

Destiny 2 on the console arrives in a week, and even though PC players will have to wait a little while till release of the full version, the good news is that they will be able to test it out in the open beta testing today. If you have previously preordered the game then you have access to the beta already, but for all of us skeptics and the indecisive beta will be open later in the day, around seven o'clock in the evening (UTC +1).

To access the beta you will need an account for Blizzard's Battle.net, or installed Blizzard App application through which the game will run. The installation of beta weighs16 gigabytes, which to some will be too much in view of the average internet, but you still have the time until the end of the month to download it. Anyhow, to complete whole beta you will not need more than two hours. There is also the possibility that Bungie will extend testing for a day or two, just as it was last month's case on consoles.
