Avengers: Infinity War has already set a record, has the most watched movie trailer so far

  • 91

It looks like Disney and Marvel can now open champagne. Namely, the first trailer for their Avengers: Infinity War film encountered a fairly big interest from public. In just 24 hours since the first display on YouTube, the new Avengers saw more than 230 million people, what is a new 24-hour record of a movie trailer in the history of the Internet. The current record has kept the movie "IT" with 197 million views. Prior to that, the record belonged to Fate of the Furious, with 139 million views last year.

If the popularity of the movie is to be measured by mentioning on Twitter, then Avengers: Infinity War is more popular than Star War - at least in the short term with more than a million and a half thousand references in the first seven hours since the trailer appeared. Interestingly, over 20,000 mention of the trailer on Twitter was related to the new beard of Captain America. And he looks good with it, lets be honest.

Avengers: Infinity War will be released on 27 April 2018 in the UK. The story will conclude with the untitled Avengers 4 on 26 April 2019.

That is true. Good trailers always have stuff that you want to watch. Also the trailer currently it the #1 on trending on YouTube. So YouTube algorithms do a good job. The trailer will get on more YouTube accounts suggested.

Makes me sad that the other squad i prefer more, Justice League, failed miserably because they wanted to rush in catching Marvel with a hero squad movie and they made no developments whatsoever on half the heroes in there, which resulted in a bland mess compared to the Marvel version.

At least they are still making top notch animated movies.

Here I am, ready to play. Gaming enthusiast without free time to actually play video games but eager to learn anything

Well watching movie trailers is more accesible than never, but in my case with more and more trailers showing almost every interesting part of the movie I try to skip them. Why do they do spoilers of their own movies?

The Don Killuminati

Trailer does look very good, I'm sure a lot of people are excited by all the characters in it.

Solar

I am not really sure what this has to do with gaming news.

But I am very excited for the new movie. I love the avengers

I hope it will be better than the last movie though.
