THQ Nordic and developer Gunfire Games have released a new Darksiders III gameplay trailer today, showcasing some some of the swift and deadly moves new protagonist Fury will have at her disposal. The third Horseman of the Apocalypse following War and Death, Fury has her own bag of tricks.

Making her way through The Hollows for a final showdown against a Lava Brute, Fury has a versatile whip-blade weapon (not unlike the whip wielded by Ivy in the SoulCalibur games) that can be twirled at her enemies and used as a means of traversal, swinging from point to point.

Darksiders III will be heading to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC sometime in 2018.
