Ubisoft angered fans of Rainbow Six Siege and withdrew the decision to raise the price

Yesterday, Ubisoft decided to raise the price of two years old Rainbow Six Siege for 20 euros, offering replacement compensation in the form of a virtual currency and some other digital content. That untypical move left one confused, but the other angered.

The most complaining were the existing Rainbow Six Siege players, claiming it is unwise to give new players some bonuses, while existing players which R6 Siege also made popular in turn do not get anything.

Ubisoft therefore decided faster - better to withdraw its decision, at least partially. Namely, the standard release of the game will continue to be sold at a price of 40 euros, while the remaining two versions, Gold and Complete Edition, will cost 90 and 130 euros as announced and will feature digital bonuses for all future players.
