Next DLC for Call of Duty: WWII takes you to Dunkirk
Call of Duty: WWII will soon get its second pack of additional paid content. After The Resistance, the new DLC will be The War Machine, and takes players to new battles, including some outside of Europe. This extension will be available on PC sometime in May.
The War Machine brings us a new mission to War Mode. This will be Operation Husky, where we will have to steal sensitive documents at the ports of Palermo and Naples and then clean up the air threats so that the Allies can continue with the invasion of Sicily.
In addition to the new mission there will be three new maps for the main multiplayer mode. The map in Egypt for the first time in CoD: WWII will take us outside of Europe to the ancient ruins of Giza. Then follows the map in Dunkirk, a small town that you should be familiar with if you watched the movie from C.Nolan with the same name. The last map is V2, a missile development polygon, a tight quick map that will provide relatively close and short conflicts.
Not even Zombie Mode will be left out of this DLC and will be expanded with mission The Shadowed Throne. It seems this should be the final mode as it takes place in the heart of Berlin just before the end of the war.
