Bethesda will have the longest E3 conference so far, Rage 2 is practically confirmed

  • 204

Bethesda in past years has had two excellent E3 conferences and one disappointing. In 2015, they introduced Fallout 4 and Doom, and in 2016 they featured Dishonored 2 and Prey, all of them critically acclaimed and award-winning games. Last year, most of their program was pre-recorded, except Wolfenstein 2 and The Evil Within 2 they did not have much to show. This year, we have been told that this will not happen again because their upcoming conference will last longer than any previous one. Since their first conference lasted 80 minutes, announcements are expected to last for at least thirty minutes.

The question is what Bethesda has to present in these hour and a half. We know that it will announce an expansion for last year's Prey and that's roughly that. However, yesterday, they began to share the cryptic images of London with splashed pink color. At first that would not mean much, but yesterday, Bethesda responded to rumors about Rage 2 by drawing signs of anarchy on an alleged box of the game - in pink.

However, it has been speculating for a while that Bethesda is working on a title called Starfield that is a Sci-Fi theme and is located in a space environment. It is also possible that with this here is announcing a completely new IP. If this is true, it seems that we could get a short teaser on May 14th because this date can be seen on multiple images.
