Last season of Telltale's The Walking Dead starts in August

Clementine's adventure in the world of The Walking Dead franchise began in distant year 2012, and now time to bring this series to an end has arrived. The first step is that we will be able to do this on August 14th of this year when the first episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season is coming. This release date refers to versions for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, while all others will be released later this year.

The last season of Telltale's adventures will follow Clementine and AJ in daily survival of a series of new threats, what from the zombies themselves, what from the evil people. In the first episode, Clementine will be hiding in one school, but as usual in the TWD world, that location will become too dangerous to stay for long period of time.
