Unofficially released, Jump force piracy do by Codex

The battle between developers / publishers against the piracy scene is interesting to watch. Sometimes we see hard work from the developer / publisher team to ensure their products, from implementing an always-online system to features that don't sound significant to entrust themselves to anti-piracy systems like Denuvo for example. However, this effort reversed "criticism" in cyberspace, considering its implementation could produce specific technical problems for those who have already purchased these games. But if it's not protected? Then you can see what happened to the PC version of Jump Force.

This super ambitious fighting game under the Namco Bandai flag was broken before its official release date - February 15, 2019. The absence of Denuvo and only protected by Steam EAC's DRM, Jump Force was immediately conquered by a well-known hacking team - CODEX. So, how did this happen? The latest version of Ultimate, which does have an Access policy, is 3 days faster for gamers who are ready to buy. This version ends up being hacked.

Bandai Namco still has not provided an official comment regarding this one case or is this incident enough to make them "entrust" their products to Denuvo in the future? Let's wait for what will happen later.
