Ultimate Skyrim 4.0 modpack is now available

Ultimate Skyrim is a long-running project that compiles dozens of mods to totally change your gameplay experience.  Version 4.0 has just been released.

This version makes the game more challenging ans survival orientated.  It adds temperature and hunger mechanics while making combat more difficult with the Requiem Roleplaying Overhaul.

A very nice feature of this release is that it’s using a program called Automaton, which automates the creation and installation of modpacks. Using Automaton, you can be download a file that recreates a modpack’s exact installation parameters, avoiding the conflicts that sometimes (okay, often) pop up when using multiple mods from multiple creators.

Ultimate Skyrim uses a lot of mods but a new feature in this release is Automaton which as the name suggests, automates almost everything.
