Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot coming 2020 will be an RPG with New Backstories on Dragon Ball Characters
Bandai Namco has announced that the latest videogame adventure for Goku and the gang,Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, will be released next year in 2020.
The new RPG adventure goes back to the early days of DBZ and offers an experience that retells the events of the anime and manga. But fans should take note that the story will not be just be the same story that Dragon Ball fans already know.

Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama has revealed on Twitter that there will be fresh material on existing characters in the game:
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is an action-RPG, full of the Dragon Ball universe. It includes backstories that haven’t been told in the manga, and I’m sure fans will truly be able to take a deep dive into the world.
What these new “backstories” might entail is unknown, but the Dragon Ball Universe is large and fans will be glad for any new additions to the already extensive catalog of stories on manga and anime. Maybe we’ll finally find out what Krillin really is, and why he doesn’t have a nose!
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot release date is set for early 2020, and will come to PC alongside PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
The game is dveloped by CyberConnect2, which was previously responsible for many of the better Naruto games, and Asura’s Wrath.
