Is Stormbind weirdest skills in Path of Exile? (3.10 Delirium)

Was testing some mechanics with new skill in Delirium league - Stormbind. Channeling skill that requires other channeling skill to work. Turns out it has a lot of weird interactions, especially with spell totem. Some of them may be bugs.
