[PoE] Pizza totem iron will Ascendant!

The title might intrigue you and it should, the infamous Pizza totem build has been the staple of metas past in Path of Exile. This time around I'm doing a iron will version which gets spell damage through strength and total life, which means you get both defenses and offenses at the same time.
