Stardew Valley to have split-screen co-op | New Free update feature

  • 316

Eric Barone, creator and developer of the Stardew Valley title on the PC, announced the news, the split-screen co-op will support up to four players, but "on other platforms it may be limited to two players".

The update will also allow players to move the bed. The Stardew Valley multiplayer was added in early 2018, but, limited co-op to an online experience, we can also see.

In the photo update it also looks like 2 green chests will be added, it will be possible to place torches on the fences, 2 new artisan equipment, new slime, new plants, a solar statue, possibly new clothes too, Stardew Valley is available for Steam, PS4, Xbox One, Switch, Android and iOS.

Split screen is a great addition for this game! Me and my friends have the problem of not being able to play together since some of us have it on PC and other on the Nintendo Switch. With this feature, me and the boys and finnaly start our dream farm together!

Although this isn't something new, it's still fun. I think that you would have to have a decent size screen for it to work well though.
