We got the release date for the game called Humankind, which should compete with the Civilization series.

The progress of the humankind is slowed due to coronacrisis, while nothing is better with the game called "Humankind". This alternative to Sid Meier’s Civilization series has delayed its release and set it to 2021 and now we have also found out its approximate date set for release. We'll be playing it sometime in April, 2021.

Alongside this information, we've also received hardware requirements for the game. This game will be a PC exclusive although it will also be available on Google Stadia, while from the game we shouldn't expect some kind of crazy hunger for the hardware. Better yet, the requirements are mild as a chamomile. Here they are:

Minimum requirements for humankind:

  • CPU: Intel Core i5 4000 series or AMD FX-8300
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 or AMD Radeon R9 290
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • HDD: 25 GB
  • OS: Windows 7 64-bit

Recommended requirements for humankind:

  • CPU: Intel Core i5 6000 series or AMD Ryzen 5 1600
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • HDD: 25 GB
  • OS: Windows 7 64-bit
