I played for 4 hours but my tracker has not tracked the progress in the steam event

It takes time for your hours to count. If everything is set up correctly, you just need to be patient. If you notice no changes after 12 hours, head over to the Discord server, you probably have an actual problem that needs resolving.

Play time on Steam or watching Twitch will often be counted later on the day because Twitch and Steam only allow so many requests for playtime from Alienware at a time.

Okay

<mention>MarvashMagalli</mention> <mention>mterme</mention> - It's nice of AWA to invite a world of 8 billion people to join their site, but do you suppose their system can handle even only 10,000 members trying to add a minimum 10 hrs? 🤔

first time after download play 1 hour and reopen again

<mention>Fruit Punch Samurai</mention> In this case it is not capacity problem of AWA but of Steam/Twitch who will not allow more than a certain number of probes per period in their API's. AWA does probe but gets no response then.

<mention>mterme</mention> - If your answer is "No", then why raise the bar? We now have SCEs needing 100k+ community hrs. Instead of 10k members add 10 hrs each, AWA designed this SCE expecting a much smaller group runs the game 24/7? 😟
mterme - 08.10.2026 17:22:31
<mention>Fruit Punch Samurai</mention> No; hours of all will eventually be counted, it just is not instantaneous.
Fruit Punch Samurai - 08.11.2026 13:43:50
<mention>mterme</mention> - Of course, playtime can be eventually counted (unless SCE ends). However, more participants means more delays.
