First time claiming the 500 DRP bonus. It's showing up in my "Log of DR earned" in Alienware Arena, but my "Current available total" is still 0. My Dell Reward balance on my Dell account (set up with the same email) is also showing 0. Any others having the issue?

Have you tried to "claim" it? I had to go to a separate page to click the claim button. Hope this helps!

I remember reading somewhere you need at least 15,000 worth of dell points so £15 or $15 worth of points before you can claim them to your dell account. Correct me if I'm wrong though!

The issue seemed to resolve itself. It's now showing up for me in Alienware Arena and in my Dell account.

<mention>Professor_Shard</mention> The exchange rate in the US is 1 point to 1 cent. So 1500 for that 15 dollars. As for if you need that, I'm not sure. But it does indeed have to be the same account email and linked to alienware to show up.
