My artifacts that i changed on Sunday are still locked .... it is much longer than 24 hours... anyone else has this? (I tried logging off and logging in... didnt help)

Happens sometimes. Try upgrading an artifact that already is maxed out and it should refresh.

I had the problem too and as @Stlars says, a fake upgrade refreshes the list and the artifacts are released.

came to say the same, every time my artifacts get locked trying to switch upgrading an artifact fixes it for me, I just try to upgrade an artifact that is max/can't be upgraded & it works
