How do I join Dell Rewards? Every time I click the button, it says "Sorry, we were unable to add you to the Dell Rewards program. Please try again. " I have 2000 Dell rewards points from the weekly sign-in things saved up. I tried asking their support, and they didn't help.

go to dell.com, sign up for an account (they will notify you of your earnings)

make sure the dell account uses the same email as alienware arena (for those that have more than 1 email account)

Im in the US, I used the same email as alienware arena, i could try deleting it and making it again
