The important thing now is not to see if it is a mistake, if it should not have happened, whose fault it is, etc... What is really important is HOW THEY ARE GOING TO CORRECT IT. If they simply restock the vault with the same games by the 30th of this month and give a GOOD notice of the opening time, that would be a good way to clean up the mess they have made.

Would be nice, but I seriously doubt that game publishers are going to provide more keys just because Americans were asleep for the Vault opening. Heck, the publishers & developers based overseas may be happy to hear about this error. 😆

Yeah, and then you'd probably get no game because of what happens every month when the vault opens.... Don't expect someone to wave more free money (games) at you because of a simple mistake. Suck it up.

They didn't do anything when the site glitched and certain people found a "work around". Nothing will be done.

What happens every month, @mterme? Why wouldn't I get a game? I've never had a problem with the vault. And no, it's not a simple mistake. It's a major mistake.

@JhonKnight stands at the gate, pitchfork in the right hand: "I'm gonna make them an offer they can't refuse." (world's smallest violin playing the "The Godfather" theme in the background)

@MARSM4N, Someone is going to find a horse's head in the bed (or half of his/her $20,000 laptop). XD
