Steam quest Fallout Shelter isn't working for me.
It says i don't have the game.
i tried syching Steam, unlinking/relinking, waited a few hours, still thinks it's no there.

If you haven't played it before, you may need to play for a short time first. Try 10-15 minutes or so (possibly longer), quit out for a moment, then try synching again. Usually works with most other free to play games with tracking issues.
