Everybody acts as if this was a minor hiccup, they even tell people to move on instead of apologizing or trying to fix their mistake. I didn't like how this is handled, what I'd like to see is that they do something to make sure this kind of mistake won't happen again.

It's Dell; don't expect anything from them. If people that work on their hardware are bad enough, imagine what kind of team they have running this sideshow.

It's called human error, no idea what you do for living if you are mistakeless, maybe nothing?
mterme - 05.24.2025 20:53:16
O boy, it sure seems it was the biggest thing since the Big Bang, doesn't it? et over it. Nobody is perfect, everybodu makes mistakes.

I mean they should implement a technical solution, so that it won't happen again. Like making the vault open time variable visible on the page.
LaNeTH - 05.25.2025 04:47:32
@krishtian how did you manage to turn this against me? What did I do to deserve your insult?
mterme - 05.25.2025 08:42:25
"I mean they should implement a technical solution, so that it won't happen again." Technical solutions aren not failsafe... Boeing 737 MAX, anyone? That nose dive also was a technical solution....

There's no 100% safeguard against human error. Someone entered the wrong information and, after it was corrected, somebody failed to ensure the correction was applied on all levels. It sucks, but we're all human and we make mistakes.

There will be other Vaults, other games - unless the hostility, outrage, and childish antics push AWA to decide it's not worth the hassle/abuse and they opt to just discontinue the Vault.

@Lumiererp Dell doesn't run this site. iGames operates it.
