I'm still having trouble with the reCAPTCHA failure and can't claim anything from the giveaway section, yet I can participate in the community giveaway section; the reCAPTCHA doesn't work on the Alienware Arena mobile app either—it makes no sense. reCAPTCHA failure again ;(

I’ve been having the same problem for quite some time and would like to figure out the cause, as I’ve tried switching browsers, using clean installations, and other methods—all without success.

I found a solution that worked for me: log out and then sign in to your Alienware Arena account using Steam; after doing that, I was able to redeem the key.
