Anyone else having a problem with the McAfee and Software survey for today's quest?
I've done the survey twice now & it still shows as incomplete.
After the first time I took it, I went back into Alienware Arena, reloaded the page & went to daily quests & still showed that it is incomplete.
Retook the survey, went back to Alienware Arena, refreshed the page then decided to log out.
Log back in 3 hours later & still shows incomplete.
Any suggestions???

Just click on it, don't right click and open on a new window or tab.

<mention></mention>HyoEden that is how I do it, I click on it, I never right click for surveys, unless they say to, which of course, this didn't. But thanks.

It wouldn't work for me either. I completed it and waited a long time. I had to open it in a new tab and click answer again for it to work

fwiw ARP for surveys is based on it registering the click, not the actual survey submission. that doesn't help with your issue but hopefully it saves you some troubleshooting time

Did you make sure to click on the words themselves and not the question mark in a circle? I've noticed they never complete if I click the symbol, have to click the words themselves to make sure it registers.
