How can I schedule using my Outlook calendar the vault openings days? Is there any logic for the picked day each month?

Man, just memorise the day when the Game Vault will be opened. It is a piece of cake... Do you know what is post-it? Take a one, write the day up on the paper, and stick it in your monitor. Easy.

It's on a Friday each month, so the staff can ignore any errors and go enjoy their weekend. I mean, who doesn't love walking into work on Monday and see last week's mess waiting for them?
