For the 1 Hour Steam Playtime quests, do i have to play for 1+ hours in one session, or could i do like 20 minutes / 20 minutes and 20 minutes?

It doesn't say you're required to do it straight in 1 sesh. Sometimes if it's a game that I can use through GFN, I would split that to 2 30min sessions because on the free tier, the sesh timer limit is 1 hour, and I'd want to be sure.

You can split the time and yes, you can do it on multiple sessions.
